Open Water Swim Practice Geared toward beginner and novice triathletes, this practice will help you prepare for open water swimming in a triathlon in beautiful, clean Lake Arrowhead. Coaches will be there to talk briefly and give tips for success but most of all it is an opportunity for YOU as the athlete to get in open water in a safe, lifeguarded, stress free environment that will bolster your confidence come race morning.

Race Prep Clinic w/ Open Water Swim Practice
Geared toward beginner and novice triathletes, this clinic will help you prepare for the Luray International and Sprint Triathlons as well as any other short course triathlons with open water swims. The clinic includes race and course discussion; a lifeguard supervised open water swim practice in beautiful Lake Arrowhead; and a chance to ride and run the scenic bike and run courses of the Luray Triathlon. Lunch is included.
