Testing helps all fitness levels by using your individualized, scientifically-derived testing data to help you improve fitness gains and accelerate body fat loss.

In Krista's own words:

"Ten years ago, I performed my first test under the direction of my exercise physiology professor, while I learned about the science behind the test in the classroom. Now, after earning two degrees and performing hundreds of tests with all levels from non-athletes to fitness enthusiasts to elites and professionals, I can truly appreciate the unique patterns, characteristics and wealth of information available within an individual athlete's test data."

If you are curious about how to use your heart rate monitor, power meter, or any other tool to effectively reach your goals, then testing blood lactate is the most accurate way to determine appropriate individual training efforts to improve speed, burn fat and boost fitness.

Our clients say:
" My training is data driven and Krista’s VO2 Max testing is an integral part of it. I started running and racing seriously about seven years ago at age 54.  Krista has been my coach and trainer for nearly the last three years.  She is the jockey. I’m the horse. With customized workouts and training tied to the data generated by the VO2 Max testing, she has made me into a regular qualifier for the Boston Marathon (I now run it each year) and a ranked runner in the Va. – DC - Md. region.  My interest is in race results. Krista delivers."
