A Custom Training Plan Designed Exclusively for You

Let us build you a training plan. A custom plan is ideal for the triathlete looking for a individualized training plan for specific event built around his or her unique background, experiences and goals but does not need frequent, ongoing interaction with a coach.
Following a comprehensive initial consultation to review your goals, fitness level, triathlon experience and time availability, we will create a customized and phased training plan designed exclusively for you.
Types of plans available: Triathlon, Duathlon, Running, Cycling
Each Custom Plan includes:
- Initial consultation up to 1 hour in person (if local to Boulder, CO) or on the phone to review your experience, background and goals.
- Custom triathlon training schedule either in Excel format or online via Training Peaks.
- Follow-up conversations and or emails at your initiative to answer questions and suggest modifications to your training schedule.

Step 2: Make your payment with one of our three easy payment options below. Once you make your payment, we will email a questionnaire with details on how to schedule your initial consultation.
